A limit only stops you from adding more. It never takes away what you already have. If you move to a smaller plan, every branch, counter, staff account, booking, and automation rule keeps working as before.
What every plan includes, even the free one
Walk-in queues, the kiosk, the QR code to join, the waiting-room screen, the customer status page, email messages, the end-of-day close, wait estimates, Arabic and English with full right-to-left support, and on-screen reports. None of this is locked to a paid plan. A queue that nobody can join is not a smaller product. It is a broken one.
