What each plan covers

A limit stops you adding another. It never removes what you already have: if you move to a smaller plan, every branch, counter, staff account, booking and automation rule you have keeps working exactly as it did.
What is in every plan, including the free one
Walk-in queues, the kiosk, the QR join code, the waiting-room screen, the customer status page, email notifications, the day rollover, wait estimates, Arabic and English with full right-to-left, and reports on screen. None of it is behind a tier, because a queue nobody can join is not a smaller product — it is a broken one.
