Terms of service

The terms QueueFlow is provided under, in the plainest words we can manage.

These terms describe the product as it is built today.

What we provide

Access to QueueFlow as a web application, on the plan you choose. A plan sets how many branches, counters and staff accounts it covers, how many customers a month, and which parts of the product are included — the comparison table on the pricing page is generated from what we actually enforce. Moving to a smaller plan never removes anything you already have.

Your account

You are responsible for who you give an account to and for what they do with it. Roles exist so that you do not have to give everybody everything: an owner, a manager, a member of staff and a device each see a different product. Every permission change is recorded with who made it and when.

Your data is yours

The customer records, visits, bookings and settings in your workspace belong to you. We do not sell them, we do not use them to train anything, and we do not use them for our own purposes. We access them only when you ask us to, for support, and that access is recorded.

What you agree not to do

Use it to collect data you are not entitled to collect, send messages people have not agreed to receive, or attempt to reach another business's workspace. An account may be suspended for any of those; a suspended workspace can still be read and signed in to, so nobody loses their own records.

Availability

We aim to keep the service up and we do not promise perfection. Planned work is announced in advance where it needs downtime. Where the software is installed on your own servers, availability is yours to manage and we help where we can.

Ending it

You can stop at any time and take an export of your data with you. We will give notice before ending an arrangement except where an account is being used for something in the list above.

Paying for it

Plans are priced in Saudi riyals, excluding VAT, monthly or annually, and the price you paid is the price for that period. Payments are taken by Paddle, our merchant of record, whose terms cover the transaction itself. A plan renews until you cancel it, cancelling stops the next payment and removes nothing you already have, and what we refund is set out in the refund policy.
