Refund policy

When we refund a payment, how to ask, and what cancelling really does to your workspace.

This policy describes how billing works today.

You can use it before you pay anything

Signing up needs no card, and there is no payment at signup. The free plan runs a real queue: one branch, two counters, two staff accounts, and three hundred customers a month. Nobody has to buy a plan to find out if the product suits them. That is on purpose, and it is why this policy can be short.

Fourteen days, no reason needed

Ask within fourteen days of a payment and we refund it in full. This applies to the first payment on a plan or a renewal, monthly or yearly. The subscription ends when the refund is made, and the workspace moves to the free plan. Nothing in it is deleted.

After fourteen days

A payment older than fourteen days is not refunded, and a partly used month or year is not refunded in part. Cancel instead. The plan keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

Cancelling, and what happens to your workspace

Cancel from Settings, then Billing, whenever you like. It takes one click and needs no email to us. Cancelling removes nothing. Every branch, counter, staff account, booking, and running automation rule keeps working, and the limits stay where your last paid plan set them. A smaller plan changes what you can add, never what you already have.

Charges that were a mistake

A duplicate charge, a payment taken after you cancelled, or a renewal on a workspace nobody opened for the whole period: tell us and we refund it in full, even after fourteen days. We would rather refund than argue. A payment dispute costs us both more than an email does.

How to ask, and who takes the payment

Write to us from the contact page and say which workspace and which payment. Payments are taken by Paddle, the merchant of record. The receipt, the tax, and the line on your statement come from Paddle, and a refund goes back through Paddle to the card or account that paid. It usually shows up within five to ten working days. That timing is the bank's, not ours.
