A tablet at the door instead of a queue at the desk

Pick the service, type a mobile number, take the ticket. No account, no app, no member of staff.

The problem

The first queue in most buildings is the queue to join the queue, and it is standing in front of the one person who could be serving somebody.

What QueueFlow does about it

  • The tablet is bound to its branch by the account it is signed in as, so it cannot be pointed at another one from the tablet itself.
  • It shows that branch's services and nothing else — no customer list, no other names, and no way to operate the queue.
  • It resets to the branch language after every check-in and after a minute of nobody touching it, so one customer's choice is never the next customer's screen.

The desk goes back to serving people instead of writing their names down.
