A screen that answers the question everybody is about to ask
Now serving, and who is next, on the wall, updating as it happens.
The problem
Without one, the answer to how long it will be is a member of staff, and they are asked it every ninety seconds by somebody different.
What QueueFlow does about it
- Ticket number, first name and service. Never a surname, a phone number or an answer given at check-in — a waiting room is a public place.
- Showing the first name can be switched off per branch, leaving ticket numbers alone, for the places that need that.
- Read-only, with no controls on it, and a QR code in the corner for anybody who would rather join from their own phone.
The desk stops being an information service and goes back to being a counter.
Try it on one branch
No card, no call, no setup fee. You can be taking customers the same morning.
